Seeking a Senior Information Technology Specialist/Executive Support Specialist for a client located in Woodland Hills, CA. Senior Information Technology Specialist/Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top Tier II/III support for end users and C-Level executives.
Salary $80-95K/yr.

Must Haves:
- Azure Virtual Desktop Experience
- Experience with Citrix
- Experience supporting C-Level Executives
Job Scope/Responsibilities:
- At least 3-5+ years of providing white-glove service support with advanced troubelshooting skills
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop support and troubleshooting (VDI)
- Provide support for Tier 2 and 3 support for advanced and escalated workstation issues including computer hardware, Windows, and Mac OS performance/configuration, O365, Intune, TCP/IP troubleshooting administration and applications, incident management, VPN and network connectivity issues email, file access and recovery, print/fax, etc.
- Assist team in ensuring the smooth operation of the service desk, managing escalations, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting varied and possibly complex nature requiring a wide range of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist in diagnosing and/or resolving issues.
- Uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve Level 1, 2 and 3 requests in a timely fashion, escalating Level 3 requests as needed.
- Resolves advanced technical hardware and software issues utilizing extensive knowledge in software, hardware, network, and peripheral support as well as advanced knowledge in administrative tasks on workstations.
- Ability to confidently and Provide professional 1 on 1 troubleshooting sessions with Engineers/VPs/Directors/C-Level
